The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Publications
The maximum number of pages is 6 pages, with a maximum of two extra pages. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published by IEEE and archived in IEEE Xplore. The proceedings will be submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, etc.. after the conference. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers. The publication language must be English.
